Shared EV-Charging Billing Agreement

1. Facility

The Resident may use the society charging point located at [LOCATION] for vehicle [REGISTRATION / DESCRIPTION], subject to the Society's EV-charging policy.

2. Measurement

Consumption is measured by [the station's dedicated sub-meter / the charger's internal metering with per-user attribution via RFID/app / supervised logbook]. Both parties accept this measurement for billing purposes.

3. Rate and charges
