Editorial Policy
This page describes how content on Apartment EV Guide India is researched, sourced, dated and corrected — and the standards every published page must meet.
People-first, original content
Every guide is written to answer a real question apartment residents and RWAs actually face. We do not publish thin, spun, scraped or mass-generated pages, and we do not create doorway pages that exist only to target search keywords.
Sourcing rules
- Every tariff, government-policy and regulatory claim must carry a source URL, source title, effective or publication date and a last-verified date.
- Claims we cannot source are marked as placeholders and are not presented as facts.
- Demonstration data is labelled Sample wherever it appears.
Estimates and tools
Calculators display their formulas and assumptions beside every result. Assumption values used in installation ranges are maintained editorially and shown as labelled estimates, never as quotes.
Safety review
Safety-sensitive pages must direct readers to qualified electricians/installers and never present a checklist or article as a substitute for professional inspection.
Dates and updates
Published pages show their publication and last-updated dates. Tariff records past their verification window are flagged internally for re-verification.
Advertising and affiliate separation
Advertising is currently disabled. If enabled after launch review, ads will be labelled, visually separated, and never placed beside calculator buttons, download buttons, navigation or error messages. Sponsored or affiliate content will carry a visible disclosure where it appears.
Corrections
Corrections can be submitted through the contact page. When a correction is accepted we update the page, its updated date, and — for tariff data — the verification date.
